About the position

The counterintelligence manager is responsible for overseeing the company's counterintelligence risks, which include protecting critical infrastructure and proprietary information from threat actors, including foreign intelligence entities and nation states. This role involves ensuring consistency and continuity of operations across physical, information, counterintelligence, and digital security domains. The counterintelligence manager will work closely with various teams, including digital security investigators, supply chain risk managers, executive protection agents, and intelligence analysts, to identify threats, trends, and take appropriate protective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks posed by foreign intelligence entities, insider threats, and other adversarial activities.
  • Conduct multi-mode discreet investigations collaborating with United States Intelligence Community (USIC) counterintelligence and counterterrorism investigations and operations.
  • Draft, edit, maintain, and submit Counterintelligence/Insider Threat Policy to record all activities in support of investigative and operational activities.
  • Develop and implement counterintelligence strategies and plans to safeguard sensitive information, personnel, and operations.
  • Monitor and analyze foreign intelligence activities and provide briefings to educate the workforce on foreign threats.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational readiness and preparedness for overseas travels to high-risk, hostile environments.
  • Conducting liaison with local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Reporting findings to company management and stakeholders.
  • Provide defensive CI briefings.
  • Conduct post-travel debriefings.
  • Deliver briefings to executive leadership on trends, threats, and CI awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of experience in Government/Law Enforcement/Military or Master's Degree and 15 years of experience in Government/Law Enforcement/Military.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel on all levels.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and providing briefings.
  • Ability to analyze intelligence data and develop counterintelligence strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience as CI investigator.
  • Possess current TS-level clearance and maintain eligibility.
  • Ability to operate independently and make sound judgments.
