About the position

HP Tuners LLC is a global leader in the automotive aftermarket, developing software and hardware for vehicle calibration. We are growing rapidly and are looking to add a Project Manager to our team to work to support our growing products. The Project Manager will use a hybrid mix of waterfall and agile methodologies to manage multiple cross functional projects to support business objectives. Most projects will be technology based and this will include the entire lifecycle, from conception through development, manufacturing, testing, and product release. This position will be responsible for creating and managing work schedules, reporting on project progress, oversee testing, facilitating meetings, and working with all departments to ensure products are released satisfactorily. Additionally, some non-product focused projects will be the responsibility of the project manager, spanning the entire range of business needs. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to get into the mix of a project and get their hands dirty to complete objectives as they will have several projects of varied complexity to manage; this is not a sit back and manage from a far position! This position reports to the Program Manager and requires attendance in Buffalo Grove 4 days a week, with 1 work from home day.
