Responsibilities

• Represent top brands at live events, pop-up shops, and retail activations
• Interact directly with customers to promote brand awareness, loyalty, and engagement
• Support the Marketing & PR Manager in launching and executing campaigns aligned with client goals
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating key messages and resolving customer concerns on-site
• Assist with event setup, logistics, merchandising, and breakdown
• Share ideas and feedback to improve campaign results and enhance the consumer experience

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business is a plus (not required)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and brand storytelling
• Organized and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, people-facing roles
• Positive, professional attitude and eagerness to learn
