We are looking for our next valued superstar to join our fun-loving, thriving team! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receiving Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and receiving operations of our property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and logistics while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the purchasing and receiving operations of the property
  • Execute and implement purchasing policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
  • FIFO & LIFO – First in and First out
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze purchasing trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Train and supervise purchasing and receiving staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations – Tulsa Health & ABLE COMMISSION

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing and receiving
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics – Craftable Foodager & Beverager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
  • Labor intensive position – will be stocking and maintaining all shelves and shops
  • Delivery of all items needed for the property – requisitions
  • Work Directly with Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage
  • Culinary Training and Beverage knowledge preferred
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments.
  • Formal bartending training preferred.
  • Must meet state legal age requirements.
  • Must speak fluent English.
