About The Position

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager – Professional Services, the Recruitment Advisor will join the Resourcing Solutions team on a Full Time Basis at our South Guildford location. Due to Parental Leave coverage (10 months fixed term) , we have an excellent opening for an experienced Recruiter within our Professional Services (White Collar) team. This contract will commence April 2026 through to January 2027. Join our team to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, providing a consultative and hands-on approach to all elements of the recruitment lifecycle and help us bring the best talent into WesTrac through a variety of direct sourcing methods. You will have divisional alignment where you can nurture best practice and implement new creative strategies to help us on our goal to being the #1 Caterpillar Dealership in APAC!

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting within an internal, outsourced, or agency recruitment function.
  • You will be dealing with a high-profile Operational white-collar portfolio covering roles from Admin through to Managers.
  • Flexible, adaptable and resilient approach – ability to work within a consistently changing and fluid environment, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate and manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships with multiple stakeholders including an influencing and strategic partnering mindset
  • Effective experience with sourcing/headhunting, screening and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person to assess candidate skills, experience, education, fit with organisational culture and other characteristics necessary to fill positions.
