Job Description
As a member of the North America Recruitment Marketing (NARM) team, you will support our diversity recruitment marketing efforts with oversight by the North America Diversity Recruitment Marketing lead. You will partner with the Diversity Recruitment team to develop marketing strategies and provide marketing support for key diversity recruitment programs and events.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the North America Diversity Recruiting and Inclusion & Diversity teams to support and develop our diversity recruitment strategy, and support all marketing campaigns and Accenture positioning throughout these programs.
Help manage diversity content ideation and development for the various NARM channels, both traditional and digital.
Devise and execute digital campaigns and strategies to support recruitment programs.
Contribute content for the NARM and other social media editorial calendar to promote Inclusion & Diversity with our candidates.
Develop and build diversity-specific content for the Careers website working with the Careers website lead.
Manage relationships and projects with external partners and vendors.
Act as liaison with Corporate Communications & Marketing on final reviews and approvals of messages and collateral.
Serve as the primary stakeholder point of contact for all diversity campus programs.
Promote and support major diversity conferences including the development of booths, collateral, invitations and digital campaigns for:
National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA)
National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA)
Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE)
National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE)
LGBT National Conferences includes:

Manage diversity recruiting collateral updates (brochures, flyers, videos and messages) and SharePoint collection upkeep as well as distribution to relevant teams. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or other 4 year university degree
Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in integrated marketing and communications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital and social media
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in delivering integrated marketing programs
Proven experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns
Experience in recruitment marketing is preferred but not required
Strong written, content development and oral communication skills
Professional Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Broad overall business acumen, knowledge of Accenture's areas of business
Understanding and ability to originate and apply marketing concepts
Ability to work within multiple virtual teams
Ability to work autonomously and independently to drive programs
Integrate appropriately with other key teams
Ability to manage multiple projects
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
