About The Position

Eaton Corporation’s North America Electrical Sales Division is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Regional Channel Director to lead the Northeast region. Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, one of the following states: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Virginia, or Maine. This high‑impact role is responsible for guiding and developing a team of distributor sales specialists to accelerate growth within the electrical wholesale channel. The Regional Channel Director will also cultivate and maintain strong national‑level relationships with key strategic accounts to ensure alignment with Eaton’s broader commercial objectives. The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, industrial sales, sales management, marketing and/or channel development.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and programs with Eaton's electrical wholesalers within a specific geography, in alignment with Product Line and Field Sales management objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and regional channels, as well as Regional Management, to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
  • Oversee and coordinate all of Eaton’s electrical sector sales and marketing initiatives across the region.
  • Lead the integration of legacy relationships with electrical wholesalers to maximize channel effectiveness for the expanded electrical sector in North America.
  • Act as a consultant to the sales leadership team in developing and implementing general sales force district distribution plans for the region.
  • Provide strategic direction for a team managing approximately $300 – $500 million in sales, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
