About the position

We are looking for a results-driven individual to lead the strategy and execution of our Auth0 marketing programs and revenue growth initiatives supporting our Americas Enterprise sales team. This role is essential to achieving our ambitious revenue goals for the Auth0 platform by executing impactful marketing strategies and demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Enterprise Marketing, and work collaboratively across the broader Enterprise regional marketing team to ensure the right balance and delivery of Auth0 marketing programs. As the PoC for the Auth0 Enterprise sales organization, this role will collaborate within the broader marketing organizations (Digital, ABM, Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Strategic Events, Marketing Operations, Developer Marketing) to ensure strategic alignment and achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and Execute Auth0 Marketing Programs: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns aligned to the Auth0 Americas and Enterprise GTM Strategy that generate a robust pipeline of new and upsell business to support regional sales and product goals.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Marketing Alignment: Act as the 'quarterback' for all marketing activities supporting the regional sales team, coordinating efforts with product, digital, content, Account Based Marketing, Strategic Growth experiments, Developer-led growth as well as event marketing teams to deliver cohesive programs.
  • Consultative Partner to Regional Sales: Build and maintain a trusted, consultative relationship with Auth0 sales leaders, account executives and sales development representatives, providing strategic marketing insights, tools, and resources to help achieve sales objectives.
  • Analyze and Report on Regional Performance: Conduct in-depth, data-driven evaluations of regional performance, delivering insights during forecast and pipeline review calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Manage Budget and Vendor Relationships: Oversee program budget allocation and vendor management, ensuring efficient investment in marketing programs with a strong program cost-to-pipeline return.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partners: Work closely with partner organizations to design joint initiatives, leveraging partner strengths to enhance marketing programs and maximize pipeline impact.
  • Provide Regular Performance Feedback and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing programs, continuously optimizing strategies based on ROI and sales feedback.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of regional or field marketing experience within a B2B enterprise environment targeting technical decision makers
  • Bachelor's Degree; Marketing preferred
  • Extensive experience building and executing full funnel marketing programs
  • Initiative, a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and a 'can do' attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for enabling Sales Teams
  • Budget management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge with Marketing Tools/Technologies (SFDC, Tableau, Splash, Asana, Marketo, 6Sense)
  • Travel required: up to 30%
