The Regional Marketing/Merchandising Manager plays a critical role in driving corporate initiatives, ensuring brand standards, and leading marketing strategies that support regional growth and strategic sales objectives. This role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to coordinate and execute marketing plans that enhance brand presence and customer engagement. The Regional Marketing/Merchandising Manager will collaborate closely with the corporate marketing & creative services department, and operational services to support regional programs, develop innovative marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with company-wide goals. This position also focuses on promotional materials, digital applications, and service innovations to elevate the business. This role would receive a company car for business travel and requires up to 30% travel (via plane outside of NJ) within the region to support marketing efforts, site visits, account reviews, and operational initiatives.
