About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager for Fragrance defines and implements the marketing plan throughout the region (Latin America and Caribbean) for Boutiques, Specialists (Local Market) and Travel Retail. The position is responsible for product launches, following marketing guidelines to fit South America markets, leading the Fragrance annual Strategic Plan process, and conducting performance analysis. The role also involves collaboration with media teams, managing budgets, and educating specialist teams on Cartier history and products.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Fragrance Strategy of the region
  • Responsible for product launches with supply chain and store entities to maximize commercial impact
  • Follow marketing guidelines to fit South America markets specificities
  • Accountable for leading the Fragrance annual Strategic Plan process from concept to implementation
  • Share action plan per main market with major stakeholders
  • Conduct outline and implementation of local 360 Marketing strategy in coordination with HQ marketing
  • Lead the Fragrance Retail Integration strategy
  • Define and monitor target KPIs per boutique in collaboration with retail/commercial teams
  • Recommend and coordinate implementation of action plans based on performance analysis
  • Prepare regional reporting to Brand Central Management and local performance reviews
  • Identify e-commerce opportunities in the region
  • Collaborate with media team to support major lines & launches for a strategic media plan
  • Monitor competitors activities including launches, events, and pricing strategies
  • Manage and track A&P budget including communication with Finance
  • Educate specialist teams on Cartier history, products, and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with commercial team on implementing a retail action plan for boutiques
  • Collaborate with local VM to ensure proper implementation of animations and visibility enhancement needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the Marketing field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in fragrances
  • Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, strategic planning, project management, and client relations
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; French & Portuguese a plus
  • Detail oriented with high organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-minded nature
  • Dynamic with team spirit essential for coordination
  • Enjoys independent problem solving and adapts to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive approach
  • Full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel upon request (20-30%)
