About The Position

Relief Pharmacist-La Crosse, WI We’re excited to share that we are opening a brand-new pharmacy located in La Crosse . We’ve partnered with Kwik Trip and will be operating a full-service pharmacy within their corporate office to support their employees and families and provide comprehensive pharmacy services. With this expansion, we are looking for a PRN Pharmacist to join our team in this new location. It’s a unique opportunity to build a pharmacy from the ground up, shape workflows, and be part of a collaborative partnership with Kwik Trip. Thrifty White is unique in that we offer an environment that allows our pharmacists and technicians to practice at the top of their license, with a focus on providing value-based care beyond filling prescriptions. Pharmacists spend their time focusing on patient care including clinical services and disease state management.

Requirements

A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
Current Immunization Certification
Current CPR Certification
NPI Number

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
Leads team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
Structures and organizes workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
Deliver clinical services to patients, including but not limited to, Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR), Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), Disease State Management, and Immunizations to optimize medication therapy and improve health outcomes.
Dispenses medications, related supplies, and provides all clinical pharmacy services.
