About the position

Since 1951, AO | Globe Life has been proudly protecting working-class families with life, accident, and supplemental health products. We serve union members, credit union members, and association clients—ensuring their families are safeguarded when it matters most. We’re growing and looking for motivated representatives to build long-term relationships with clients—meeting them where they feel most comfortable: at home via Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Virtual Client Consultations – Help clients understand their financial protection options through Zoom-based meetings. Explain policies, coverage benefits, and costs.
• Provide Ongoing Support – Assist existing policyholders with changes, questions, and claims support.
• Build Relationships – Stay connected with clients to ensure their coverage stays aligned with life changes.
• Ensure Compliance – Maintain accurate records and uphold industry and company standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Zoom, email, CRM tools)
• Excellent time management
• Outgoing, positive, and personable demeanor
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Nice-to-haves

• Leadership or management experience is a plus
