About the position

We're looking for a dynamic and data-driven Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and scale our affiliate marketing efforts. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking, performance marketing, and relationship management to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In addition to owning the affiliate channel, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop cross-channel leadership by serving as the backup manager for our Direct Mail program—a critical part of our acquisition strategy. If you're passionate about performance marketing and eager to expand your influence across channels, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential affiliate, co-registration, and lead generation partners aligned with our customer acquisition goals.
  • Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates, reduce CAC, and maximize ROI.
  • Lead creative testing and iterate based on insights.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliate partners—from onboarding and testing to performance reviews and long-term growth.
  • Work with Brand Marketing to test banners, copy, landing pages, and seasonal promotions that drive engagement and results.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Analytics, Product, and Brand teams to ensure seamless and compliant campaign execution.
  • Present performance updates and growth opportunities to the D2C leadership team.
  • Learn and support the Direct Mail channel as a backup manager, including campaign planning, vendor coordination, performance analysis, and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate, co-reg, or lead generation.
  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, Cake).
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics: CPA, LTV, ROAS, CTR, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel for reporting and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in fintech is a plus.
  • Exposure to or interest in Direct Mail and offline acquisition channels is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • Diversity and equal opportunity for all applicants and employees.
  • Reasonable accommodations for candidates on request.
  • Respect for applicants' privacy rights.
