The Management and Systems Engineer's duties include assisting in the development and management of requirements for nuclear infrastructure project delivery. This role involves assembling and managing the definition of high-level requirements to satisfy customer and project end goals, as well as overseeing the development of derived requirements during early design definition. The engineer will manage Contract and SOW requirements and communicate effectively across all levels of the project, including customers, internal resources, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants. Additionally, the engineer will assist the project team and stakeholders in developing interface definitions and controls to ensure integration across engineering disciplines and with third-party vendor supplied special equipment. The role requires organizing the work and project team within the parameters of company, program, and project standards, documenting requirements in a database tool, and assisting in verification that requirements are being satisfied during project delivery. The engineer will also support the project team in change management and impacts to satisfying documented requirements.
