Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with lead developer contacts and consultants for projects in the Americas.
  • Update content to the Residences Brand Communication Manual for developers globally.
  • Create and refresh reference materials provided to developers (i.e. briefing materials, presentations, tool kits, merchandise list, image library, best practices, etc.).
  • Provide marketing support throughout a project's life cycle which may last from 6 months to 3 years consisting of the following phases: Launch, On-going marketing, Transition from marketing to sales.
  • Assist in the review of marketing materials and the sales & marketing timeline for each residential project.
  • Review and edit content and messaging including press releases, sales and marketing brochures, direct mail/electronic direct mail (eDM), website and digital marketing programs, advertising (print/digital/signage), sales center, sales film, floor plans, fact sheets, sales scripts, events and activations, social media.
  • Maintain and update Residences pages on Mandarin Oriental.com and Fans of M.O. Elite, working with Digital team on copy, design, and navigation.
  • Support ad hoc projects for Group Residences throughout the year.
  • Support marketing programs to effectively engage owners in a relevant manner consistent with an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with Fans of M.O. to improve benefits for Residence owners.
  • Monitor 'home benefits' and outreach to Marketing/Communication teams, Residences Operations, local Residences Directors, and Hotel Directors of Communications.
  • Develop and analyze data to track buyer journey and residents' spend in Mandarin Oriental Hotels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential marketing.
  • Agency management required.
  • Hospitality and/or luxury background with international exposure preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish (or other foreign language) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/PR.
