About the position

The Restaurant Marketing Director is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth, build community relationships, enhance brand visibility, and create remarkable guest experiences. This position partners directly with the Executive Leadership Team and the Operator. The role is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours/week) with flexibility to attend community events during evenings and weekends as needed. Office time will be dedicated to planning, content creation, community engagement coordination and campaign management.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (Not required with strong experience)
  • Highly creative with strong writing, design and social media management skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Passion for Hospitality, customer service and community engagement
  • Reliable transportation for attending local events and meetings
