About the position

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Retail Bakery coworkers support the efforts of the Store Leader and Food Service Leader in growing our fresh and packaged bakery sales, providing superior customer service, greeting and thanking each guest for their business and maintaining a quality store image through cleanliness, merchandising, and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Leader and Food Service Leader in growing bakery sales
• Provide superior customer service
• Greet and thank each guest for their business
• Maintain a clean and inviting store
• Ensure product availability and quality store image

Requirements

• Great people skills
• Enjoy a fast paced work environment
• Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
• Desire to help others
• Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Walk/stand for 4+ hours per day
• Available to work on a part time basis, including some weekday and weekend shifts
