As an RULDP associate, you'll evaluate risk, help determine pricing and make decisions that directly influence our bottom line, all while protecting the company's financial strength and meeting the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical training to learn underwriting, risk analysis, product knowledge, negotiation, and more.
• Enhance leadership and communication skills through workshops, mentoring, and hands-on experiences.
• Engage in optional rotational opportunities to gain exposure to different products, markets, or customer segments.
• Participate in job shadowing and strategic initiatives to gain insight into Risk Management and Underwriting roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics, or Healthcare.
• Relevant internship or work experience in analytics, finance, or the insurance space if outside of preferred majors.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• A strong foundation in working with math and numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident negotiator and problem-solver.
• Customer-focused mindset.
