About the position

The SaaS Product Manager at VALOGIC BIO LLC is responsible for supporting the installation and client support of VaLogic Bio LogiPoint, a sophisticated Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and optimal functionality of the software for clients, contributing to their operational success and satisfaction. The Product Manager will serve as the bridge between the development team and the end-users, ensuring that client needs are met with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end installation process of VaLogic Bio LogiPoint SaaS for clients, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
  • Provide expert-level support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns with the software promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and customer service, to enhance product features and improve user experience.
  • Conduct client training sessions to ensure users are fully equipped to utilize the software to its fullest potential.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product installation, usage, and support procedures.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure VaLogic Bio LogiPoint remains a leading solution in the market.
  • Act as a product evangelist, promoting the benefits and capabilities of VaLogic Bio LogiPoint to potential and existing clients.
  • Manage product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically in Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experience in client support and SaaS installation, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
