About the position

We are looking to add to our sales and marketing team! We are looking for a Dynamic Sales and Marketing Admin to join our Team! To provide administrative support to the Sales Team in a fast-paced environment by performing various administrative duties relative to the management of the Hotel. This position also supports the Marketing Manager and is responsible for providing assistance and support for the Marketing department's plans, initiatives, and tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the hotel CD/DOS in administrative duties relative to the management of the sales and marketing department, including answering phones, maintaining filing system, preparing reports and presentations, and providing professional correspondence in written, digital and spoken-word formats.
  • Provide administrative support for Sales Managers including typing, filing, distribution and telephone support.
  • Execute and update all internal/external marketing communications, including but not limited to: Brand.com website, vanity websites, email, third party websites, social media, imagery, and copy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with execution of all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, collateral, event logistics and any other additional support.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with the creation and execution of all marketing emails, in correspondence with digital marketing calendar plan for hotel, sales, and Food & Beverage.
  • Respond to Instagram DMs, post timely content, post Instagram stories, source and create content.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate all on-property marketing photo shoots.
