We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Director (Family Ambassador) who is passionate about making a difference for our Bellevue Community! We offer a competitive base salary and generous commission plan!

Responsibilities

  • Promote Silverado programs and services to prospective residents, clients, and their families from the first call through the initiation of service.
  • Participate in daily leadership meetings, routinely perform as Manager-On-Duty, supervisor, and trainer.
  • Identify and solve problems related to family and resident issues.
  • Assess prospective residents for suitability and fit for Silverado community.
  • Responsible for strategic follow-up with residents and families.
  • Generate qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development for the community.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Silverado Vision and Purpose Statement.
  • Achieve established census goals in partnership with other community leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience working with people having Alzheimer's disease and their families preferred.
  • Polished presentation skills and database management experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record as a condition of employment.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Ability to work outside of regular hours depending on business needs.
