Job Description
Elite Marketing Group is looking to hire a professional, highly motivated, dynamic Sales Manager to lead, direct and develop our sales team within Salt lake City International Airport.
The Sales Manager is accountable for their teams achievements within the market. They will focus on development and execution of sales strategies and assurance of client satisfaction of team goals and operations. Some additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Coordinate the involvement of sales representatives so that team performance objectives and customers expectations are met.
* Proactively analyze sales activity and effort among sales representatives in the field.
* Work to improve individuals capabilities through coaching, training and development.
* Recruit, hire and develop sales representatives; utilizing company human resources guidelines.
* Direct and support consistent implementation of company initiatives.
* Build strong internal-company relationships through collaboration and frequent communication, in order to ensure that business objectives are met.
* Ensure compliance of all company/client objectives and government regulations.
Job Requirements
All promotional Sales Management candidates should offer:
* 2 year college degree or equivalent work experience
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word and Excel
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Professional demeanor
* Leadership skills
* Strong work ethic
* Goal oriented
* Competitive drive
* A TSA background check is administered
