About the position

Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Sales and Marketing Project Manager. This is a highly visible and key leadership role that will report directly to our VP of Sales & Marketing and will help us build out our marketing team. The person in this role will be instrumental in serving as a project manager to execute on Fenix’s marketing vision to provide a better product value proposition to our customers, working with our sales team on leads to bring in higher margin sales, and providing timely assistance to internal marketing requests.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain accurate sales performance dashboards, tracking key metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for executive and team-level review.
  • Support forecasting efforts through data validation and historical analysis.
  • Oversee and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring clean, accurate, and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of internal sales tools, templates, and documentation.
  • Develop & Integrate Marketing assets to support sales growth.
  • Assist in managing sales enablement materials, contract tracking, and client-facing documentation workflows.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies & content.
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members with setup, process training, and systems access.
  • Partner with sales leadership to support annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory assignments and goal setting.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices across the sales function.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals and reporting.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in systems, tools, and workflows to enhance sales team productivity.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel/Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
