Our team is passionate about growth, service, and success and we're looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Recruiter to help us build the teams that make it all happen. We are seeking a driven and personable Sales and Marketing Recruiter to join our recruiting team and support hiring efforts for our thriving Tennessee market, primarily Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent for our sales and marketing departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and marketing roles across multiple sites within the TN market
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for company values and role fit
  • Partner closely with local hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment
  • Attend local hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS (ClearCompany)
  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth candidate-to-new hire transition

Requirements

  • 1+ year of recruiting experience (sales or high-volume preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel locally between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge locations
  • Flexibility to attend occasional weekend or evening hiring events as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of or interest in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry is a plus
