Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa! The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports both the Sales and Marketing departments with a mix of administrative tasks, creative project execution, and communication support. This role bridges internal and external efforts by assisting with sales and marketing expense management, marketing collateral development, event coordination, and brand initiatives to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming group leads and distribute based on market segment
  • Assist Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, and assigned sales managers with lead management and customer support
  • Maintain updated records in the CRM (Delphi/FDC), ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Schedule and support site visits, coordinating transportation, itineraries, and amenities
  • Generate sales reports and dashboards as requested by the DOS/DOSM
  • Assist in the Group Sales contract turnover process by ensuring all information is correctly entered into FDC and that it reflects the contract
  • Create purchase orders and assist with the overall commission payment process
  • Assist with copywriting and editing for email campaigns, presentations, and signage
  • Create flyers, social graphics, and sales tools using Omni-branded templates (InDesign preferred)
  • Support marketing rollouts and quarterly promotional campaigns across departments
  • Help coordinate on-site activations, including media/influencer visits and local events
  • Maintain inventory of branded assets and marketing collateral

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; InDesign and Canva experience preferred
  • Familiarity with social media and email platforms a plus
  • Prior hospitality or marketing experience is a bonus
