Responsibilities

  • Support the efforts of the sales and marketing team to drive top line revenue for the hotel.
  • Initial point of contact for all incoming opportunities for sales and marketing.
  • Assist with client and media stays including guestroom reservations, amenities, dining and spa reservations, and transportation.
  • Create signage and engaging content for digital lobby boards and social media accounts.
  • Oversee and maintain activities calendar, music calendar, and overall content ensuring all information is accurate on hotel's website.
  • Coordinate and execute printing projects for departments.
  • Support in the logistical aspects of organizing marketing events, activations, and partnerships.
  • Provide tactical support on all department led photo and video shoots.
  • Assist sales managers with preparation of contracts, proposals, and addendums.
  • Create departmental POs and maintain inventory of office supplies, collateral, and promotional items.
  • Accurately record and process direct opportunities in hotel sales system (Delphi).
  • Assist clients and media in the absence of the Sales and Marketing Managers.
  • Coordinate client and media site inspections and preplanning visits.
  • Assist managers with RFP responses, and meeting arrangements as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate for hospitality and effectively engages with internal and external clients.
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Multi-tasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Exercises sound judgment: evaluates situations and utilizes appropriate and creative resources to solve problems.
  • Is technologically savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Delphi FDC and Opera preferred.
