We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our Commercial team. As a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative and operational support to our sales representatives, management, and Marketing Team. You will be responsible for handling sales and marketing related inquiries, managing documentation, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and key stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our Commercial function and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries from internal teams via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Assist with order entry, verification, and fulfillment processes.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documents, including sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with BD/KAM representatives, Marketing, Finance, and Onboarding teams to coordinate sales activities.
  • Generate regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and analytics to support Sales and Marketing management.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing necessary materials and resources.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the sales support function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing support, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documentation and data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
