About the position

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in bridging our sales and marketing departments, ensuring seamless execution of trade shows, supporting sales managers in securing and onboarding new customers, and assisting the marketing team in product development and consumer engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute company participation in industry trade shows and events.
  • Develop event strategies aligned with brand positioning and market objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, staffing and sampling.
  • Manage post-event follow-ups and analyze event ROI.
  • Analyze sales materials' effectiveness and recommend updates based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral, presentations, and product information.
  • Develop and manage a category review list of retail presentations. Support the sales team as they prepare their presentations.
  • Assist sales managers with customer onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on new product launches and campaigns.
  • Help develop marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital / social content.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with brand leads to develop integrated campaigns and provide strategic input on creative direction.
  • Track campaign KPIs and provide insights that inform future marketing investment.
  • Cataloguing and managing brand/marketing assets.
  • Coordinate shipping of product samples for Sales Customers and Marketing Events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in coordinating trade shows or large-scale events.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of the natural products industry or other consumer goods.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel and power-point, and ideally a CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
