Responsibilities

  • Create your own schedule and manage your time for maximum productivity
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and meet revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key accounts
  • Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide accurate estimates
  • Educate customers on roofing systems, including eco-friendly and fortified roofing options
  • Close sales and oversee the customer relationship from start to finish
  • Partner with our project management team to ensure smooth installations

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates welcome! Full training provided
  • Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong relationship-building, account management, and consultative selling skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
