Driving member behavior change is a critical strategy in Aetna's mission to offer our members affordable health benefits coverage and access to quality care. This position is directly responsible for executing behavior change messaging campaigns that improve member health outcomes and lower total cost of care. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect/Project Manager is a multi-channel marketing specialist who will activate our high-impact 'behavior change' teams by delivering campaigns across digital and non-digital media. As the resident architect in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - and more broadly, your team's marketing technology 'backbone' - you will partner directly with business executives, marketing strategists, data scientists, and creative leads to precisely target our membership and trigger behavioral changes that optimizes healthcare spend while increasing quality of life. This is more than just a marketing job and becomes more about population health management. In this role, you will spend approximately 75% of your time supporting SFMC development across our team. Approximately 25% of your time will be spent project managing various high visibility initiatives through Jira and other project management tools.
