About the position

In Salesforce marketing and sales at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Salesforce applications related to marketing and sales. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce marketing and sales applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their marketing and sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and achieve their strategic objectives. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in working with business stakeholders in understanding their business needs.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platform on configuration, customization, integration, security, administration and other core features.
  • Ability to work with the Business Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate customer requirements into a working solution.
  • Understanding of integrations with third party systems through various integration patterns and Salesforce capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • One or more Salesforce certifications or accreditations: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Engagement/Exact Target, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, Data Cloud, Personalization/Einstein Personalization, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama.
  • Experience in defining and delivering scalable technical solution architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry leading practices.
