The School of Management at the University of San Francisco invites applications for part-time adjunct faculty with expertise in marketing strategy and metrics. Under the direction of the Dean and Associate Deans, and MSMI Program Director, the Adjunct Faculty Member will teach a graduate-level course in Marketing Strategy and Metrics in the M.S. in Marketing Intelligence Degree program. The course is an in-depth examination of marketing environments and the impact marketing activities have on organizational operations in competitive, global, multicultural business settings. It discusses both domestic and international frameworks of the fundamental marketing strategy functions of product, pricing, distribution, and promotion. Explored and analyzed are modern marketing problems, metrics, and solutions from conceptual, legal, and ethical perspectives. Marketing information systems and the use of advanced analytics in marketing decision-making are explained. The use of a simulation is encouraged.
