NBCUniversal is seeking a Campaign Management & Optimization professional to partner with editorial teams to program and deploy daily email/SMS campaigns optimized for opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue. The role involves assisting with marketing operations including copywriting, template programming, creative development, A/B testing, QA, and deployment as needed. The candidate will track and analyze core KPIs including list growth, churn, and engagement, as well as earnings and revenue. They will own the strategy and execution of commerce lifecycle marketing journeys, develop and optimize automated campaigns and dynamic content across email and SMS, and implement multi-channel customer touchpoints using MarTech tools. Additionally, the role includes driving newsletter/SMS growth by coordinating with Audience Development managers on acquisition tactics and managing ESP/SMS platform integrations.
