About the position

Tonix is a biopharmaceutical company, publicly traded on NASDAQ (ticker: TNXP). The Company is focused on commercializing, developing, discovering and licensing therapeutics to treat and prevent human disease. Tonix markets Zembrace SymTouch (sumatriptan injection) 3 mg and Tosymra (sumatriptan nasal spray) 10 mg. Zembrace SymTouch and Tosymra are each indicated for the treatment of acute migraine with or without aura in adults. Tonix's development portfolio is composed of central nervous system (CNS), rare disease, immunology and infectious disease product candidates. Tonix's CNS development portfolio includes both small molecules and biologics to treat pain, neurologic, psychiatric and addiction conditions. The Company's immunology portfolio includes biologics to address organ transplant rejection, autoimmunity, and cancer. Tonix's infectious disease pipeline consists of a vaccine in development to prevent smallpox and monkeypox, which also serves as the live virus vaccine platform or recombinant pox vaccine platform for other infectious diseases. The Senior Associate/Manager, Brand Marketing, will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of marketing initiatives for our product launch in fibromyalgia. This position will take ownership in partnering with external vendors to create meaningful materials that are on strategy and within budget across both HCP and patient audiences. The successful candidate will lead all stages of execution including approval process through medical/legal/regulatory reviews. Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing efforts for a pending new product approval in August 2025
  • Develop key tactics that span a broad range of verticals including personal promotion, non-personal promotion, peer-to-peer, and direct-to-patient
  • Ensure deliverables are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget
  • Collaboratively work with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Market Access, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory on a consistent basis

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Biological Sciences, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing tactics

Nice-to-haves

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Experience in managing external vendors including creative agencies and media partners
  • Experience working on a launch product strongly preferred
  • Master's degree in marketing or business administration
