About the position

As a Senior Associate, Industry Marketing, you will assist in driving key marketing initiatives that support client retention, engagement, and growth within the energy, health, and travel and hospitality industries. You will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs / campaigns that contribute to long-term client relationships, acquisition of new clients, and support cross-sell/upsell efforts within these industries. You will work closely with internal teams across marketing, partner marketing, events, and brand to help implement go-to-market strategies tailored to clients in energy, health, and travel and hospitality. Your focus will be on digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and event-driven engagement, supporting the broader business goals in these sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in industry-specific digital marketing, personalization, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing digital campaign strategies by supporting the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, digital media, social, thought leadership, events).
  • Support growth and engagement initiatives by executing ABM, loyalty programs, and experiential marketing efforts to support expansion opportunities within key accounts in the energy, health, and travel and hospitality industries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product, and industry groups, to ensure alignment with overall go-to-market strategies within energy, health, and travel and hospitality.
  • Optimize with data and insights by analyzing campaign performance, refining strategies, and sharing insights that improve client engagement and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Serve as a resource for retention marketing in the energy, health, and travel and hospitality industries, supporting leadership and partners in executing initiatives.
  • Support the development of overarching marketing strategies for client retention and acquisition in the energy, health, and travel and hospitality sectors.
  • Collaborate with team members across multiple functions to assist with execution in these industries.
  • Help track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources in industry-specific campaigns.
  • Stay informed on market changes and consumer behavior shifts within energy, health, and travel and hospitality to support campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the energy, health, or travel and hospitality industries, or in B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel digital campaign management, account-based marketing (ABM), client engagement programs.
  • Basic understanding of the energy, health, and travel and hospitality industries, including trends, consumer behavior shifts, and digital transformation within these sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on using data to improve campaigns in these industries.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support the execution of marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
