Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute key lifecycle marketing functions
  • Design and execute programs and campaigns tailored to various customer cohorts
  • Identify and segment audiences to tailor marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product features
  • Coordinate and communicate key updates related to product or campaign launches
  • Review and validate all campaign assets for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Maintain and verify the accuracy of data used in lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Manage the approval process with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze campaign performance end-to-end and leverage data insights
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and engagement metrics
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with analytics and data science to define campaign performance benchmarks
  • Share key updates and successes from campaigns with cross-functional partners
  • Develop clear presentation materials to communicate results and insights
  • Develop and oversee A/B test tracker for LCM testing
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms including list segmentation and dynamic content
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for QA and data accuracy
  • Familiarity with workflow and project management tools like Jira, Asana, Figma
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating with technical and non-technical partners
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign results and suggest optimizations
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with advanced features in Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Experience working with Looker or other BI tools for reporting
  • Understanding of deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.
