About The Position

GreenLite is seeking a motivated Senior Associate, Strategic Finance / Business Operations to help drive financial strategy and operational rigor during our next phase of growth. The Strategic Finance & Business Operations team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making. This is a central, high-leverage role responsible for increasing clarity, rigor, and execution velocity across the company as a force multiplier to the leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. You will partner closely with leaders across functions to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives that increase growth, efficiency, and operational discipline. This role demands a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can rapidly dissect complex quantitative problems and translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and structured actionable plans, and work cross-functionally to turn strategy into execution. You’re coming to us from a Strategic Finance, Business Operations, FP&A, or other highly analytical role at a fast growing startup, and may have begun your career in investing, consulting, and/or investment banking. The right person for this role is someone with 3-5+ years of top-tier experience who combines rigorous analytical training (banking, private equity, consulting, or similar) with ideally at least 1+ years of hands-on operating experience at a startup. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience, combining rigorous analytical training (banking, private equity, consulting, or similar), with ideally at least 1+ years of hands-on operating experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Superb financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, business drivers, and investment metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill technical analyses into compelling insights for senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • High-energy, high-integrity and highly self-motivated, with a bias for action and comfort operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,or other relevant field.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with BI tools is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine detailed financial and operating models that drive forecasting, performance analysis, and investment decisions
  • Analyze unit economics, customer segmentation, and retention metrics to inform long-term strategy and optimize resource allocation
  • Build dashboards and conduct analytical deep dives to improve visibility into business performance by breaking down metrics/trends into underlying drivers and root causes
  • Partner directly with functional leaders to execute high-priority initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, and financial outcomes
  • Lead high-priority analytical and strategic projects that inform key business decisions; deliver recurring insights and reporting to leadership that drive measurable decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy, scalability, and automation of financial reporting and operational systems
  • Support key financial deliverables including Board materials, investor reporting, management discussions and company performance reviews
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives tied to fundraising and long-term growth
