The Digital Marketing Manager will support Nitrogen’s efforts with website optimization, organic search, and paid media. This individual will establish a digital marketing strategy and distribute content across various channels and deliver continuous improvements on key performance metrics such as channel engagement, lead volume, and conversions. As Nitrogen’s Senior Digital Marketing Manager you’ll assist with the coordination, execution, and tracking of Marketing efforts across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, CRO, and social media. You will collaborate with brand content creators and maintain website content in HubSpot and WordPress, including posting blogs, and creating landing pages and lead generation forms. You will work closely across the marketing team on the ideation, deployment, and tracking of the results of A/B tests with the goal of improving conversion rates. Additionally, you will develop and execute a structured plan for testing UX improvement opportunities with the focus on impacting conversion rate while ensuring all digital assets adhere to UX best practices and brand guidelines. You will design and collaborate with the marketing team on strategies for lead generation and nurturing through digital marketing channels. You will conduct website content audits, competitive analyses, and proactively seek opportunities to improve digital marketing efforts. Finally, you will measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
