About the position

As a senior digital product designer at Gallup, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end design of user experiences in Gallup Access, our enterprise data platform. You'll turn those strategic deliverables into accessible, user-centered solutions by designing the wireframes, screens and graphics that users see and interact with. The design problems you will tackle encompass data analytics and display, financial transactions, privacy, and AI. Working closely with developers, product owners and content strategists, you'll create products that deliver data only Gallup has - helping our customers in ways no one else can.

  • Assess UX/UI effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements based on user feedback, usability testing and behavioral data
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and content designers to align design vision with development priorities and constraints
  • Align people, processes and systems; effectively estimate and manage design timelines, and motivate partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
  • Mentor and support a team of digital designers by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence
  • Stay current on best practices, industry trends and methodologies across interaction design, usability and information architecture
