About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager within our Commercial and Corporate bank to support our Vantage web and mobile experience. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise. You will act as a key participant in large-scale planning, reviewing and analyzing complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area. You will make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements. You will turn product vision and voice of the customer into actionable epics, stories, and technical requirements in partnership with design, engineering, and other product partners. You will actively own the prioritization and grooming of a clearly understood product area or journey, coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others, and inspire and lead a high performing, cross functional team. Additionally, you will identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback. You will strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise, providing vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact. You will serve as an expert advisor to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives.
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience.
  • 2+ years of mobile application product development experience.
  • Experience leading scrum teams, partnering with development, QA, and Design.

Nice-to-haves

  • A BS/BA degree or higher.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking.
  • Experience building end-user facing mobile applications across multiple form factors and platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience.
  • Familiarity with Commercial & Investment Banking use cases, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping via wireframing, prototyping or other similar methods.
  • Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations.
  • Experience leading major online/mobile customer programs.
  • Strong relationship development skills.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 4+ years’ experience with Agile practices and frameworks.
