Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate complex business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Advocate for best practices in accessibility, responsive design, and user-centered design.
- Effectively communicate data-driven decisions and strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify friction points, drop-offs, and areas for improvement.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Axure.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or VWO.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, information architecture.
- Experience interpreting analytics to drive data-informed decisions and conversions.
- Proven ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that produces results.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage change and navigate positively in an environment experiencing change at a fast pace.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with motion design.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Design, HCI, Computer/Data Science or related field.
- UI/UX Certification.
