As Senior Director of B2B Growth Marketing, you will lead the omni-channel digital growth strategy for VillageMD. You will be accountable for both vision and execution of our digital growth marketing efforts that will drive patient and provider acquisition. Your work will support VillageMD’s business units – Summit Health, CityMD and Village Medical. By partnering with our product development, engineering and analytics teams, you will have instant leverage to execute. You will own paid digital marketing across social channels that maximize growth ROI. You will drive conversions through healthy funnel growth that is optimizing for the lifetime value to customer acquisition cost ratio. While doing this, you’ll also increase the visibility into funnel matriculation through enhanced metric management while increasing the predictability of digital growth marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a plan with key objectives, key stakeholders and understand the end-to-end development and execution while managing the budget.
  • Ignite and inspire the team to align and support on the plan with their active participation.
  • Collect, curate, and build creative assets to be leveraged across websites, microsites and landing pages that are directly aligned with all existing media channels to highlight the physician and provider value proposition.
  • Own overall success of all paid acquisition channels including strategy, implementation, and measurement.
  • Bring an analytics and operator mentality to executing by focusing on LTV, CAC, ROAS, conversion, and retention targets.
  • Develop re-targeting methods leveraging a deep understanding of the specific customer journey such that high-value customers convert consistently within this cohort.
  • Develop attribution models, analytics, audience segmentation, email, messaging, promotions.
  • Lead the measurement and analysis design of all things digital to enable clear ROI visibility and allow for fast iteration.
  • Collaborate on product launches, leveraging digital marketing strategies to maximize reach and conversion success.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of progressive experience with strong background in B2B and B2C customer acquisition and retention leveraging digital.
  • 3-5 years of significant outcomes achievement leveraging martech automation and analytics capabilities to drive full lifecycle CRM marketing (SMS, nudge, email, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel campaigns leveraging offline assets to inform and drive digital strategies including social, affiliate, display and search.
  • Understand and account for factors that influence buying habits across a complex set of variables within healthcare B2B2C, B2B, and B2C markets.
  • Incorporated the best of growth hacking tactics into an overall strategy that can still be optimized for LTV.
  • Adept at driving hype local paid strategies that drive results.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence; can integrate with a team, engender trust and leverage relationships to get work done.
  • Keen focus on results and can navigate within ambiguity while maintaining a high-level of humility.
