About the position

We seek a Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing for North America to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue through demand generation and partner engagement in alignment with global priorities. As a senior leader for the AMS region, you will drive demand generation directly and via partners, align closely with Sales and Partner leadership, lead a high-performing team with strong field and partner marketing experience, and develop programs that accelerate growth and enable partners to amplify Sitecore's presence across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the demand generation strategy, collaborating with sales and partner teams
  • Oversee the marketing budget ensuring alignment with corporate goals
  • Develop and oversee the demand generation strategy for the Americas focusing on ABM, integrated campaigns, and multichannel initiatives
  • Generate the pipeline necessary to meet AMS revenue targets
  • Formulate partner marketing strategy, enhancing Sitecore's presence within the partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt and activate global programs for local markets
  • Measure and optimize program performance using KPIs and data
  • Manage the AMS marketing budget efficiently
  • Ensure cross collaboration with key sales stakeholders across the geo, growing these as a priority
  • Establish and supervise an effective AMS marketing team offering guidance and career advancement

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of account-based marketing
  • Proven success in driving revenue through collaborative initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives
  • SaaS and/or vertical marketing experience preferred
  • Proven success delivering pipeline and revenue through direct and indirect channels
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and CRM tools
  • Collaborative, data-driven, and strategic mindset
