About the position

Senior Director of Field Marketing & Sales Support, Image Guided Therapy Systems is responsible for overseeing comprehensive go-to-market strategy development and execution for a diverse portfolio of products, solutions, and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overarching marketing strategies through End-to-End collaboration. The role oversees new product introductions and launches, collaborates with cross-functional teams for market penetration and defines brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company and enhance market presence. The role defines and evaluates strategic initiatives and provides advanced expert-level oversight based on market insights and strategic assessments. The role guides corporate strategy with market insights, adapts business models to emerging opportunities, empathizes with consumer/customer needs to focus on engagement strategies, develops business plans, and orchestrates marketing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for a diverse portfolio of products, solutions, and services, ensuring strict alignment with business objectives and overarching marketing strategies, leveraging end-to-end collaboration.
  • Oversees the execution of new product introductions and launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business marketing processes and integration of sell-through to inventory levels to optimize market penetration.
  • Defines brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company and strengthen its market presence, aligns marketing efforts to support lead generation and conversion, and analyzes marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
  • Defines and evaluates strategic initiatives, provides oversight to major business marketing processes based on comprehensive market insights and strategic assessments of evolving ecosystems, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Leads the strategic planning and budgeting processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation and managing expense priorities to achieve business objectives and maximize return on investment across the portfolio.
  • Encourages global teams to localize and implement global business marketing strategies, including pricing strategies, promotion calendars, and lifecycle management, to enhance market competitiveness and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Guides corporate strategy development by providing in-depth market, consumer/customer, and competitor insights, guiding strategic decisions and adapting business models to capitalize on emerging opportunities, contributing to end-to-end business integration.
  • Empathizes with consumer/customer needs and pain points, drives audience-centric approaches in executing annual marketing plans and focuses on engagement strategies and campaign programs aligned with department metrics and end-of-life strategies.
  • Develops and delivers business plans aligned with regional and global strategic plans, influences key enablers for market leadership, and orchestrates synchronized marketing cadence and new product introduction processes to maximize market impact and growth.
  • Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent.
  • 11+ years of experience in areas such as Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Healthcare, Commercial Services Management or equivalent.
  • Strong executive-level interpersonal skills.
  • A world-class, senior-level marketing & commercial professional with a proven track record of success managing people and complex multi-disciplinary scenarios.
  • Demonstrated success at developing and communicating a clear strategic vision and effectively executing that vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement Marketing Strategies.
  • Ability to work with and manage by influence a large teams to drive business and organizational priorities.
  • Ability to embrace change and drive change management within the organization.
