About the position

The Global Brand Activation team oversees all Corporate Brand Marketing efforts, media and sports and influencers marketing and creates mass media and targeted campaigns centered around patients' needs and insights. Lilly is staffing for a Senior Director of Marketing- Experiential who will be responsible for the ideation, planning and execution of 1. Experiential marketing of how the Lilly Brand shows up in the physical world and 2. Entertainment pull through of celebrity and influencers programs and the execution of films and projects associated with the Annenberg study.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the experiential activation of the enterprise-wide celebration of the 150th anniversary of Lilly.
  • Coordinate all workstreams related to the anniversary and prepare recommendations for decisions for Sr. Leadership.
  • Serve as the point of contact day-to-day with experiential agency lead and provide direction to ensure timely deliverable of the programs.
  • Lead the team execution of all experiential programs for Lilly.
  • Supervise and implement all celebrity and influencer programs from initial contact and assessment to tactics.
  • Lead the execution of TV and film programs associated with the Annenberg study.
  • Implement any experiential program from the Corporate Brand Campaign.
  • Manage collaborator communication with Business Units to ensure alignment and delivery on business results.
  • Measure and optimize each activation and across the capability as a whole.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing and/or experiential and activations and/or entertainment marketing partnerships.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Pharma experience is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative in nature and understands how to get things done within a complex organization.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
