About the position
Google Cloud Networking provides a comprehensive suite of networking services that enable businesses to connect, scale, secure, and optimize their applications and infrastructure on Google Cloud leveraging the Cross-Cloud Network. In this role, you will drive product strategy, industry thought leadership and accelerate adoption for Google Cross-Cloud Network. You will lead a high-performing team of individuals including directors and managers. You will collaborate with engineering, GTM, internal stakeholders, and customers to maximize Google Cloud's market impact and drive successful customer outcomes. Responsibilities
- Own technical solution and product strategy, and drive adoption to have impact across Cross-Cloud Network portfolio and enable Cloud business generation.
- Engage with Industry Analysts and press for driving mind for networking and infrastructure.
- Work closely with GTM teams on sales campaign alignments, create content, enablement strategy, etc.
- Own the business for product portfolio including roadmaps, pricing, product margins and efficiency, reliability, supportability and capacity planning, and forecasting.
- Help mentor the product management team and contribute to the broader product management community. Nurture and grow product leaders with Cloud Networking and across Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of product management experience in enterprise
- 15 years of professional experience, including organizational leadership
Nice-to-haves
- 15 years of experience in solutions development with VP/SVP product responsibility
- Experience in engagements with customers, analysts, and press
- Experience with solutions marketing in a technology space with relevant experience in the networking area
- Experience with product introduction and category creation in Networking, Security, and Cloud Products
Benefits
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $320,000-$445,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
