About the position

Motive is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to help drive pipeline and revenue through high-impact regional programs. We're looking for a creative, highly organized marketer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution skills – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels at managing multiple projects while delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. In this role, you'll work closely with Demand Gen, Sales, and Product Marketing to plan and execute targeted events and activations that engage prospects, educate customers, and elevate Motive’s presence in key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support on-site execution of events and workshops in partnership with the Field Marketing Manager, helping oversee logistics and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for attendees and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of regional field marketing programs—including pre-event logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up—to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and external vendors to execute regional campaigns effectively.
  • Develop clear and concise program briefs and communications for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and repeatable workflows that support scaling our event engine.
  • Monitor and report on key program metrics such as registration, attendance, influenced pipeline, and ROI, leveraging data insights to optimize marketing efforts in real time.
  • Assist with budget planning and cost control to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage vendors and logistics, including venue selection, catering, signage, swag, and shipments.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of field marketing, demand gen, or B2B event experience, preferably in SaaS or a fast-growing tech environment.
  • Proven success running field programs that support pipeline growth and sales enablement.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, and 6sense.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — able to manage multiple events and deadlines at once.
  • Creative problem-solver with a bias for action and results.
  • Clear and concise communicator, comfortable drafting briefs and stakeholder updates.
  • Must be willing to travel 25 - 30% of the time to support in-market activations.
