About the position

As Nutrabolt's Senior Financial Analyst, Marketing you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support business decisions and drive financial performance of the entire marketing organization. This role involves detailed financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to help the organization achieve its financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Business partner to the marketing and sales organization to support monthly results and quarterly forecasts
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy - including but not limited to: AR/AP coding process, monthly reconciliation and reclassification of expenses, general ledger department structure modifications
  • Partner with marketing leadership to aggregate and report on KPIs, conduct ROI analysis, LTV / CAC analysis and identify actionable areas for improvement
  • Identifying financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, explaining processes and techniques, and recommending actions
  • Preparing reports and projections for leadership
  • Developing and delivering results on a timely basis
  • Exploring cost saving opportunities
  • Evaluating business proposals and contracts
  • Identifying and analyzing trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to provide financial information and forecasts
  • Working cross functionally to provide financial models and forecasting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of finance experience, primarily in an FP&A/Marketing Finance function
  • Experience working in fast growing, global consumer goods companies
  • Ability to work cross functionally to identify and implement solutions to solve problems
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • D365, Power BI, and Tableau experience a plus
  • Self-starter and persistent with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-growing team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
