About the position

Our marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for someone who not only understands the social media landscape but thrives on staying ahead of its trends. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between sales and marketing. In this role, you’ll craft compelling positioning and messaging, drive multi-channel campaigns, and capture high-quality leads. With hands-on involvement in campaign creation and optimization, you’ll align efforts with our go-to-market strategy and play a foundational role in expanding our team. This is a unique opportunity to be both strategic and executional—comfortable setting the vision while rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, supporting revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, email, webinars, and events to engage and convert potential clients.
  • Work with external agencies on paid media and SEO, ensuring strategic alignment with our brand.
  • Design programs to nurture leads through the funnel, optimizing touchpoints for engagement and conversion.
  • Create targeted ABM strategies to attract key accounts with personalized, impactful content.
  • Provide the sales team with optimized collateral, sequences, case studies, and presentations, supporting conversion at each sales cycle stage.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to maximize ROI and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine positioning and strategies.
  • Align closely with sales, marketing, and leadership on demand generation efforts.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team as we grow, fostering a data-driven and collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in a high-growth startup or B2B tech environment.
  • Proven experience building demand generation programs from scratch with success in multi-channel campaign management.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical abilities to guide decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving revenue growth through scalable demand generation strategies.
  • Proficient with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and lead generation tools like ZoomInfo.
  • Proven experience using major AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, etc.) and a wide range of generative tools to create content across formats including text, video, voice, scripting, editing, and avatar creation.
  • Skilled in leading by example and developing a high-impact demand generation team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey insights and results to senior management and cross-functional teams.
