The Marketing team delivers the most innovative gaming experiences possible to players around the world. Whether through community outreach, world-class events, or partnership integrations, the Epic Games Publishing and Marketing teams seek to surprise players with new experiences every time they drop in to play.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for US, UK, and OCE based influencers and talent representation.
  • Work with agencies and vendors to produce industry-leading influencer campaigns end-to-end, while owning influencer marketing KPIs and being responsible for optimizing campaigns.
  • Ideate and execute on strategic activations that put Fortnite in the center of pop culture and report results to internal stakeholders quickly and clearly.
  • Work with international teams to align regional vs. global strategy on a given campaign and diligently track project progress and budget spend.
  • Juggle multiple high priority projects simultaneously, delivering quickly, precisely, and on brand.
  • Manage approvals of talent profiles, content concepts and drafts, ensuring brand safety is met and work with IP and brand partners to ensure influencer campaigns align across partnership goals alongside Epic's.
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, paid media, partnerships, communications, community and social teams, as well as work with our legal and finance teams to see key contracts through to completion.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience excelling in marketing, partnerships, influencer or communications work with a minimum of 2 years experience with influencer campaigns specifically.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Stay up to date with pop culture and internet culture and excited about the intersection of gaming, music, entertainment, and sports.
  • Deep understanding of Fortnite and what makes us culturally relevant.
  • Strong operator and executor with exceptional planning and organizational skills, with demonstrable experience of being highly agile, collaborative, and results-driven while under pressure.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed, likely once per quarter.
  • High EQ and excellent interpersonal skills, ultra-responsive, solutions-focused, innovative, and ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, approach challenges creatively and methodically, exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
